Outside Sales job description
We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives who can cultivate new and foster existing client relationships all while achieving company goals and objectives.
Primary responsibilities include:
Client Cultivation- Attract new clientele via in person visits, networking events, social media, email introductions and cold calls.
Client Retention- Maintain and retain current clientele via follow up meetings, phone calls or emails to ensure that our standards of quality are being met. Relay successes and challenges to improve on to our Operations team. Develop customization as you listen to our clients’ needs and satisfy those desires to the best of our ability.
0-3 years in a client service orientated environment.
Positive attitude, team player, pride, composure, creativity, adaptability and approachability. Our clients schedule their events 24/7 therefore, you need to be able to work a flexible schedule with occasional nights and weekends. Strong PC skills including proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
Prior catering, event planning or other hospitality experience a plus. Passionate about client's experience, possess great attention to detail.

The purpose of a Delivery Driver is to provide exceptional client service while transporting all rental equipment. Assistance in other areas of the operations department as needed.
